2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Standard Returns

• We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the damage or malfunction was not caused by the customer.

• Returns for reasons such as unwanted items, mismatched products, incorrect sizing, or other non-defective issues are accepted within the same 30-day window.

• These items may be exchanged or refunded in full to the original payment method.

2.2 Defective or Broken Products

• Defective or broken items must be reported and returned within 5 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of damage.

2.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and verified.

• Refunds may take up to 45 days to process, depending on the customer’s bank and payment provider.

3. Buy-Back Program

GangasRuiz offers a buy-back program for used or damaged products, including items outside our network and second-hand goods.

To participate:

• Complete the Buy Form available on our website.

• Submit photos and videos of the item.

• Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days.

• If approved, you will receive an email offer.

• Upon acceptance, GangasRuiz will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• Payment will be issued upon receipt of the item and may take up to 7 business days, subject to bank processing times.

4. Promotional Codes

• Most promotional codes are stackable and reusable throughout the calendar year.

• All codes expire at 11:59 PM PST on December 31.

• New codes will be generated and published annually.

5. Data Privacy

GangasRuiz values your privacy.

• We do not store, publish, or sell customer data.

• All transactions are processed securely.
